Mushroom & Shishito Pepper Handpie

Flakey crust and a slightly spicy veggie filling 😋 YUM!! I popped this in the air fryer to warm it up for a few minutes at home and it turned out perfectly. It was kind of small so just a few bites, but the flavor was perfect. It wasn’t too spicy and the combination of mushrooms worked really well.
