Super yummy vegan chocolate brownie available at Moon, a cafe and pastry shop near Lochergut
which is 100% vegan. The place is lovely and offers many tasty and inviting pastries, as well as different hot drinks.
This brownie had a very rich chocolatey taste, a firm texture and was topped with some vegan cream and what seems to be caramel. It also looked lovely as you can see from the picture. Just like all other pastries was a little pricey (around 7 chf).
I really like this place but it’s a little unpractical as they do not have any seats, so you can just get something to go and it gets complicated if you want to consume something right away.
