Montanara di pizza fritta

Pizza fritta con salsa di pomodoro e peperoni verdi. Dovrebbe essere un antipasto ma la porzione è decisamente troppo grande per essere definita tale. Nonostante ciò l'impasto è davvero buono, crocconate fuori, morbidissimo dentro e non risulta troppo unto.

In the first pic: the STARTER 😂😂 it’s a fried pizza with tomato and green peppers. Delicious! In the second pic: an eggplant parmigiana with vegan cheese! Love it!
