Monogolian Tofu

This tofu dish was very good and had lots of tofu. I wish it had more veggies, but I was happy with it.

Delicious dish. Tofu was fried and extra crispy, which made it a little hard to chew, so I took my time. It had very crispy rice noodles underneath.
