Monkey Mushroom Satay

Love this! Especially the satay sauce. It is sweet and nutty at the same time 😋

I can live on monkey head mushrooms. The Mushroom Council should make me the ambassador of these babies. The first thing I would do is make it cheaper and available everywhere and the next would be to put in an appeal to change the name! Haha. I digress. This was brilliant just as anything made with Lion Mane shrooms is (nope this name has gotta change too).

The Monkey Mushroom Satay cost $7.90. The skewers of monkey head mushrooms were meaty and went well with the thick peanut sauce. Wish there could have been a more generous serving though.
