Monkey Head Mushroom Soup Noodles

I had this for lunch yesterday and it took me completely by surprise! How could such an unassuming dish turn out to be one of the best things I’ve ever had! 🤩 Hello #bestpicks we have one hell of a candidate! For S$4 you get a huge bowlful of #noodles, #fakemeat that just falls apart in your mouth 🤤, fried chunks of #tofu, and a generous serving of #monkeyheadmushroom 🍄 The #hericiummushroom by the way picks the flavour up from the broth beautifully! Now imagine this; You bite into the #lionsmanemushroom and out flows a gush of #pepper and all the earthy flavours the dish has to offer 😋 I can’t speak to the flavour of the broth, truly a wonder to me! Please someone in the comments let me know if you have a clue 😄 It’s earthy, kinda like #toona sinesis, and incredibly peppery! There’s dry #chilli too though not #spicy if that helps 😅 I.. apart from the noodles this is almost the perfect dish! I can’t wait to #abillionhacks a review of their rice variant in the future 🤭
