Miso Roasted Eggplant

Miso eggplant is not a rare combination, but was pleasantly surprised by the crispy lotus root that provided that crisp balance to the soft, grilled eggplant. 💜🍆 Love this and its well-worth to share! ⚡️ $12 for the regular size. #veganisnotscary

Not bad but could be tastier. This was probably the least memorable dish of the night for me.

Not the biggest fan of the sauce that the eggplant was resting on, there was something of an alcohol type flavour to it which wasnt so good. Eggplant itself was ok though, nicely cooked
