Miso Caramel Cheesecake

This is a gorgeous dessert! So much flavour and not overly sweet. The presentation is exquisite. ‘Coconut/almond shortbread with a creamy soft tofu cheese layer and topped with miso caramel (GF)’ The coconut comes through nicely and the tofu cheese is exceptionally creamy 🥥 The miso caramel works perfectly with the cheesecake and the strawberries add freshness and a nice bite 🍓 I adore this and would happily get it again R60

This was delicious! Texture was great! Flavour was a bit mild but very nice. Portion was small tho. But its defos worth a try
