Mini Vegan Xalmon Set

I greatly enjoyed this Xalmon (plant-based salmon) sushi set. Xalmon is very similar to vegan sashimi by SHIN Japanese Kitchen & Bar; it doesn’t have the distinct smell & flavour of real salmon, but the texture is quite realistic. The uramaki rolls contain Xalmon, avocado, red cabbage, sweet chili and chives.
