Minced Shroom Dry Ramen

We thought of ordering this to have a lighter dish but it turned out to be pretty salty with the sauce. Good mix of veggies in it, and glad there was my favourite kelp. Some tofu for protein would be better, and if it were less salty. #veganisnotscary 🍜

Tried a bit of this from @ianfx8888. Nice savory dish. Mushrooms were really crispy and yummy. Would be great if they can include some tofu for protein. Was quite salty for me but it could be because I ate the noodles at the bottom with the most sauce. #vegbuddies

Tried this yesterday evening along with the salad vinaigrette.... i gave 4 of 5 for presentation and taste because the look of it was quite dark and the taste came as quite a surprise. I realised that we have to turn and mix the noodles to balance out the sauce below. My dear friend found it a little on the salty side, eventhough it is pretty decent for me. Though it may not be super in culinary art masterpiece, i find the nutritional value to be the key factor. @herbimetal #vegbuddies

The taste is good. Just at the end the noodles are a bit salty when the sause soaking the noodles in the bottom.
