mee siam

This is one big portion of delicious mee siam for just $5 only. Super affordable and generous amount of soup noodles with tofu, bean sprouts and chopped peanuts. The soup doesn’t taste as spicy as it looks like though. Has a mild (or rather interesting) lemon flavour to it. Quite a large portion that’s hard to finish it unless you’re super hungry.

The mee siam was filling and not too spicy for me, although lots of people would probably want to add chili.

This was ace. The meesiam gravy was the highlight here. And generously topped with heaps of beancurd, bean sprouts, crushed peanuts and taupok. Probably in my top five vegan mee siams on the island.
