Matcha Pancakes

I came here for the matcha pancakes and it was exquisitely presented and heavenly. Matcha was prominent through the gluten-free pancakes, which had a steamed pudding texture. It's bittersweet taste was nicely balanced with lightly sweet matcha white chocolate sauce, whipped soy cream, aduki beans and vanilla ice cream. Expensive but worth it. Good service and relaxing ambience. Good spot after walking in the Nishiki market area. (¥1800) I wish I had someone to share other dishes on the menu with. #vegankyoto
