Mapo Tofu Bowl

This was a delicious bowl!! The mapo tofu tasted delicious (would have liked it spicier but this was good nonetheless), and three sides I selected (beancurd skin salad, bok choy and corn) were all yummy too. This is the best attempt I’ve seen so far at a #healthyish Mapo tofu dish! I got mine with brown rice as the base and a bunch of delicious veggies including Brussels sprouts! The tofu packed a numbing spicy punch which is exactly what I wanted! The founders, Stella and Sabrina are two awesome people from Chongqing in China and got started on their entrepreneurial journey creating Sichuan restaurants in Singapore.
