Mala Stir Fried Udon

Plenty of veggies , mushrooms and noodles. There’s a good amount of numbing heat as well. Unfortunately the udon were quite overcooked and soggy.

Not much mala flavour but the lion Maine mushrooms were good! Would prefer if the noodles had soaked up more of the sauce and if the cabbage was replaced by Xiao bai cai but it’s alright!
