Ahhh this was the healthiest meal I had had all week because it was packed full of fresh vegetables. There was a lot of options so it could be overwhelming but I had no place to be so it was nice to sit by the window and watch the town move below me.
They also had an amazing range of items on their regular menu but I felt really insistent on a salad bowl with all my favourite vegetables that day.
Also, they have a “mince” called oumph which is made from beans and very low climate impact!
