Modern Times is loved by me as well as my non-vegan family members! Their food couldn’t be more affordable and delicious! They also have so many menu items that you won’t find anywhere else, like their vegan munchwrap. I’m a big fan of their mac and cheese!!

very good mac n cheese made with chao cheese and shells. it was very creamy. i missed the gooey cheesy top and we both agreed it would be perfect with miyokos' new pizza cheese baked on top. the serrano chili sauce added a nice flavorful zing. #macandcheese #supportlocal #encinitas
