i do not know what they put into this mac and cheese, but it was one of the best mac and cheeses i’ve had to date. it came with a slightly above average elbow noodle that was fully coated in a thick, delicious, cheesy sauce that didn’t taste like a typical box mac and cheese. it was some sort of unique cheese blend that i really loved but also cant put my finger on. i thought the texture and flavor were both spot on; the cheese definitely felt high quality and made with care. i would definitely recommend ordering this as a side, my only disappointment was that there wasn’t more jammed into that container! *i did ask a nonvegan what the cheese tasted like because i have limited experience and they referred me to gouda?
