Mac and cheese

It was pretty good. I’ve had better. The sauce has potential. The vegan cheese sauce on the nachos had extra seasoning and I think this would go a long way in the mac and cheese. I also think it wouldn’t hurt to finish it off in the oven with some breadcrumbs.

I went to the GF Garage Festival back at the end of May and I found Planted at one of the booths!!! I tried their mac and cheeze and wooooowwww. It seriously was so good! I find that it is rare to find a good mac and cheeze at a restaurant and this was so silky and flavourful! Cannot wait to eat at their actual restaurant :)

First time I’ve eaten vegan cheese that actually tastes good.
