Mac & cheese

Not too bad. I liked the texture and that it did not taste processed like many do. But it was kind of obvious there was some kind of stock in it. Not sure if that’s true but it seemed like it to me. Still good taste, I would have just served it with a side of greens. Not a fan of pasta on it’s own. #comfortfood

This is just pure carbs but I love carbs so I didn't mind that there were no toppings. The vegan cheese sauce was actually not bad and I enjoyed it quite a bit as a mid afternoon snack 😋UPDATE: I had this again a few days later and I suspect that it gave me food poisoning - diarrhea for 4 days and counting!!!
