This dessert was lovely as well. Chia pudding with mango 🥭, kiwi 🥝 and a berry jam, which they then added a bubble of dry ice. 🧊 Everything was nice and light and super delectable. Wonderful experience and loved every single dish!
This was just Soup on the menu. Basically they used spaghetti squash in the bowl, then poured a cabbage broth over it. It’s supposed to emulate shark’s fin soup. Didn’t disappoint.
On the menu, this was just called Entrée. Because there is the non vegan version. Mine was actually called Wagyu A1 🤣🤣🤣 The chef wouldn’t tell me what it was made of and asked me to try it and guess. Although it didn’t taste like it, I guessed correctly. It was made with watermelon 🍉🍉🍉!!!! So impressed with the food. Everything was so good.
This was the Golden Temaki. I can’t add a video here, so will do a social post. They basically spray gold flakes on this very crisp mushroom. It’s served with an oyster leaf (the leaf actually has a slight fishy taste, hence the name), vegan mayo and wrapped in a nori leaf. The crispness was so good and light. Really, really good.
Yakimono. This has 3 things on it. I forgot what the one on the left is 🤣🤣 The little yellow thing is a Japanese chestnut 🌰, which is way sweeter than the usual. The ‘ribs’ are basically roasted Japanese yam 🍠 wrapped with tofu. Again, delicious.
