Lox on a bagel

I bought this a few days ago and I’ve been thinking about it ever since. Lox on a bagel is one of the big things I missed most when going vegan, but no more! This thing was FINGER LICKING GOOD. Cant wait to get it again.

This bagel sandwich is so delicious and satisfying with marinated beets for the lox, cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. I also added seitan bacon!
