It’s rare to find a vegan used version of this dish and Clover delivered it really well.
Lotus leaf steamed sticky rice with corn kernels, peas, mushroom bits, diced 'sausages', as well as some meaty chunks which I believe were @nextmeats #nextmeats soy 'chicken' (could have been better seasoned in my opinion). 🪷🫛🍗 Topped with shredded #justegg (not #onlyeg) omelette 🍳 which gave a nice pop of colour, though I personally didn't feel it added much in terms of flavour heh. Would have liked a bit of crunch factor (perhaps with the incorporation of lotus seeds?), since the dish was mainly soft and chewy. Limited sets available per day~ I think the standard version comes with some chopped spring onions as garnishing, but we opted out of that. For those that don't consume alliums, note that the rice itself is also cooked with alliums that can't be removed. (Contains alliums, $15.80) #sgvegan #chinesefood
