10/10! The tortilla chips taste amazing and remain nicely crispy when it arrives to the table. The guac and black beans from sage are alwaysss a hit. As you can see, these nachos are just loaded with so many toppings that make this dish so filling and complete. I especially loved the toppings like the pickled onion, jackfruit ‘carnitas’, the cashew nacho cheese, and garlic aioli! My only critique is I’d like if the carrots were chopped thinner because they were in large slices. Overall, super good!
