Lion’s Mane Mushroom Steak

Great to be able to get a couple of vegan options at this French restaurant - this was a particularly exciting choice with perfectly cooked lion’s mane mushrooms served with delicious thyme and garlic sautéed spinach, roasted cherry tomatoes and onions and a sharp, sweet and tasty dijon balsamic sauce.
