I love Simply Asia and this dish doesn't disappoint. Delicious combination of bamboo, veg, and noodles with a decent kick of heat.

Here I go again, feeding my Simply Asia addiction #hopelesscase This time, I decided on a whim to try something new because, well, I have to take the rare opportunities for spontaneity wherever I can find them 😋 ...also, it means I have something new to review here! Win-win. I really enjoyed this dish. It was flavourful and very filling; packed full of tofu, green beans, bamboo shoots, and red pepper. As always, I selected ‘mild’ chili and this time it was, in fact, fairly mild but with enough kick to keep it interesting.
