Healthy version of nachos. Used baked spinach and beetroot as nachos. didn’t like 1st few bites but adjusted to them quickly. Few nachos are hard and few are soft .I liked the soft ones. Dips like salsa,guacamole and vegan cheese are amazing but didn’t like dip of micro greens with cumin.
While dining here dishes will be unique so it will be better experience to have less expectation of dishes being like ones we had before. It’s expensive but it’s worth it.
