🍚🌿🥕,🍅🇲🇲 Seems like Leppet (or Laphet?) is a Myanmar cuisine. I think I had something similar in Bangkok, where the key taste is the fermented tea leaves. So it's an interesting flavour for me (positively!) Also like how there are many fresh vegetables in the meal, on top of brown rice.
