This is something on the menu that I hadn’t tried before. It caught my eye as being something that would be refreshing. The person working at the counter said it has flavors if Spring. The flavor is lemon but not overly lemony. There are food products that are lemon and taste like lemon house cleaners smell! This is not that. The texture is not light but it is not overly dense either. The cake part is …..um…..I won’t use the word people don’t like that starts with “m”….so let’s say it isn’t dry. 😂 It is a cupcake you can have and feel satisfied without feeling like you have that heaviness from over eating. . It is a happy medium between being too light and too heavy. The icing is sweet which would be sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. #veganisnotscary #veganbakery #vegansweets #vegansweet

Pattycake was the first all vegan bakery in Columbus and is still the most popular and widely known. They're a co-op, female run business that uses organic and locally sourced ingredients. They recently moved into a larger space that is absolutely beautiful. I love all their cupcakes. They're huge and so moist and delicious. They also have my favorite icing, sweet but not too sweet. I love how the lemon tastes so natural as well! #abillionlove
