Lasagna

This lasagna is unreal! Even my non-lasagna-loving boyfriend loved it. NuVegan is awesome; everything on the menu is vegan, and you can mix and match entrees and sides (as in my pic - with kale slaw and curry tofu), or order straight from the menu.

Loved this lasagna! The sides I chose were sweet potatoes and sautéed cabbage. So good! 🍠😋 #uplandspeak
