The statement stands! 🙌 Malaysian food often tastes better 😉 ..because of our low food safety & hygiene standards. Luckily this stall is absolutely disgusting! They’ve got more grease than the UK in the 60s 🤮 Ironic for a stall that has the gall to call themselves “Healthy Vegetarian”. This #veganlaksa was actually pretty good! Lots of Malaysians like to sh*t on Singaporean #laksa because it’s basically #currymee 🍜 but as an Sarawakian, barely even Malaysian to many Penangites I’ve met, I think it’s fuck*ng delicious 😜 The #noodles were a bit odd with a mix of #yellownoodles and some thick white noodles..? Both #eggfree though! You’ll only get #taugeh for “greens” but at least they include a mix of #tofu and #deepfriedtofu / #beancurd for protein 🤷‍♀️ Though while I appreciate the #droptheegg approach where they only include egg in their economy rice options, I wasn’t quite expecting to have an egg shell in my noodles! 🤢 So, if you think you can keep up with the (lack of) hygiene standards, I highly recommend the #guiltfreelaksa here! I personally have had enough with their absolute disregard for food safety. Kalau you tidak suka, your balik Malaysia lah!! 😤

OK laksa, not as good as mummy yummy. Served with a large piece of tofu and taupok. Has yellow and rice noodles.
