Kale Caesar

This salad was delicious. The dressing and cheese shreds were very rich and creamy—plus, the

trumpet mushrooms were delectably crispy and smoky.

The dressing is unbelievably delicious, and I love kale so this was perfect. The little

bits of “mushroom bacon” are also amazing.
