I never tried fois gras before I went vegan so not sure how it compares,
but this was a decadent and pretty starter - a smooth buttery rich texture with a taste that wasn’t too overpowering. I thought it would be more fatty and meaty tasting but it was fairly delicate #vietnam #hanoi #french #bread
