I felt like a burger and this was a good one. Soy burger with marinated seitan fillets from Vegasún, caramelised onion, vegan cheese, baked onion rings, grilled tomato, roasted pepper hummus and their housemade vegan mayo. The potato pieces come with your choice of sauce. I asked for the garlic sauce. The other options were a pink sauce, a barbecue sauce or ketchup.
