Kwetiau Mie Goreng

This is a carb-laden meal, with some greens and sprouts in it. Taste wise however, it is great, especially for older generations like my parents. It is salty, it is savoury, and the texture of the noodles and thick rice noodles were chewy and not hard, meaning it was cooked well. It was served with a side of soya crunches which were really flavourful, adding flavour, crunch and a bittt of protein in the meal. Also, the side of cucumber and tomato is a bonus 🥰 #jaan
