I have to admit I haven't had a savory crepe since going vegan and forgot what I had been missing. This dish is amazing! Koji is what's left behind from making sake and gave this dish a ton of umami! 😋😋🌱
I pretty much go crazy for anything with dill in it, so I loved this dish. There were so many flavours, and I was super sad when it was all gone! The topping includes a pine nut yolk mousse. Absolutely delicious.
