Kinky Kale Salad

Firstly, i am really thankful for this app.Especially so for a newbie vegetarian like me. I wouldn't know lots of plant based places to eat if not for #abillionveg and all those who review. And i travel to different places in SG for work so i get to try various eateries depending on where I am. So today, i was at CBD area.. Ok, this Salad. Whhhhooooaaaahhhhh- That was what went on in my head at first bite. It was soooooo frigging good. The dressing was such a perfect taste texture amount to make everything blend and communicate with each other. Such a brilliant brilliant salad. I normally won't say this about salads-but really,i could eat this everyday. #asiansalad

@nakedearth.cafe is a new kid on the block! They opened in June only to get suspended again due to PH2HA covid measures. Tomorrow is their reopening and I was invited to try their food for lunch today. They are all for “naked” flavours, home cooking style. This is what I had: ✅ROASTED TOMATO & BASIL SOUP ✅NAKED PIE - twist on a Shepard’s Pie with sweet potato and beyond beef and Arley pancetta (plantbased) ✅KINKY KALE SALAD - kale, red cabbage, oil free almond butter dressing The soup reminded me of a really hearty home cooked soup and the chef @chrissy_christie68 told me that she cooks for her customers like she would cook for her family. The Shepard’s pie is my kind of comfort food and was very hearty. I liked it that it was with sweet potato instead of the usual potatoes. The plantbased pancetta tasted very real as well. Arley is a UK brand and GMO and glutenfree. The kale salad was amazing! The almond butter dressing made it really yummy and tasty. The Shepard’s pie will only be on this weeks menu - so rush down to try! The soup is also a weekly special. Usually the Shepard’s pie is served with a regular side salad and the kale salad is a dish on its own on the permanent menu.
