King Brown Mushroom with Gooseberry Relish, Onion And kombu Jus

This is one of our favourite restaurants and although they are a vegetarian restaurant, all of their dishes can be made vegan on request. The mushroom is sliced quite thick and has a very umami texture and taste to it. Highly recommended 👌🏻
