Kimchi Pancakes

This dish was my less favourite. The pancakes were a bit dry and the flavour wasn’t all there.

I was a bit surprised that these were thick, American-style pancakes, but they were nice. The fresh #kimchi was a good addition. This dish is pretty creative and a good size for a small plate. #londoneats #veganlondon

Since reopening from lockdown, Stem & Glory have released a new menu and their Kimchi Pancakes look better than before (going by a review on this dish that I saw)! It comes with 4 pancakes which are beautifully made, a side of kimchi and drizzled with Korean jang sauce.

If you’re a fan of kimchi, you’ll really like these kimchi infused pancakes with a lovely nasturtium leaf and jang sauce (wouldn’t recommend eating the flower it’s served with though!)
