Spicy and sour stew brewed with housemade fermented cabbage kimchi, alongside enoki mushrooms, tofu, and sliced zucchini. 🍲🌶️🍄🥒 Appreciated that the dish featured natural unprocessed ingredients, but the quantity was kinda little (especially the enoki) and lacking in variety, such that it did feel a tad boring. Perhaps there could have been shiitake mushrooms as well?
