Kimchi Dumplings

these are very flavorful, the dumpling is raw and very different from your traditional one, but i enjoy this dish a lot and always end up eating the entire order by myself. the sauce is really good and the filling is pulverized but still has texture, instead of just being mush.

While beautiful, I wasn't expecting a whole lot from this dish. I was so wrong. They were mind-blowing. Worth every penny. Absolutely phenomenal.

The Kimchi Dumplings are very good and unique. They way they are presented is so cool! I liked them, but probably wouldn’t buy them again because of the price.

I was very skeptical about raw kimchi dumplings because the waitress said that there was red cabbage in it. My date wanted it and I am glad he took the leap. The raw dumplings are filled with a creamy kimchi filling. I'm not sure what the outside was,but it was tender and a good neutral flavor and texture to carry the filling. Overall, a very nicely composed way to start off the meal.
