Khmer Curry

This curry is yummy but not overly flavourful. I liked the soft curry flavour and the coconut milk, as well as all the veggies! The tofu though tasted weird, like it was too old.

This was an amazing curry. Really rich and filled with veggies and tofu. Such a big portion of curry and perhaps not enough rice, so we just drank the curry at the end.
