Khao Soi

My first Thai curry in Thailand!! Wow the flavours in this were so rich, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. I loved that this dish had noodles!

💟 Khao soi is a type of northern Thai noodles. It is a spicy coconut and curry based noodle soup with crispy noodles as finishing touch. It looks abit like our laksa, but different taste. It looked fairly unassuming but this turned out to be the best Khao Soi I sampled in Chiang Mai. Made with real care.
