Key lime pie

i am not a key lime pie expert, but i would say that this key lime pie was a 10/10 in flavor but a 7/10 in texture. i was impressed by the light and tart key lime flavor and i loved that flavor very much; however, the actual texture of the filling was more similar to a whip than an actual set key lime pie filling (in my opinion). i did enjoy the actual whipped cream on top and looooved the graham cracker crust, but the texture was not my favorite overall.

The taste was great? Love the creamy topping and crunchy cookie crumbs but unfortunately, I personally did not enjoy the custard like consistency inside. Still a great tangy dessert. #jaan
