Katzu Bao

Delicious and tasty bao, perfectly steamed. It could do with a little more flavourings but very good over all. It is reasonably sized but you would need to order more than 1 for a meal.

The steamed bao so light and fluffy 😊 with the taste sensation filling of sweet potato, curry dressing, pickled red onion, carrot, mooli and coriander.
