
This is a unique combination for it works surprisingly well. The purple cabbage and mayo? sauce goes well with the chimken.
the sauce was too overpowering/salty for me and wasn’t sure about the fusion flavours, but a very unique, creative dish!
1/15 I went to a pizza party recently where we tried 15 different types of pizza! This pizza was pretty unique with the katsu style ‘chicken’ shredded cabbage, seaweed and mayo. Unfortunately I’m not a fan of the seaweed flavour so not my favourite, but pretty good 😋 #abillionlove

Celebrating the last day of veganuary with pizza! Liked the seaweed/nori flavor - the katsu pieces are pretty nice too, a little dry on its own but with the tomato sauce and cheese, it's delicious 😋 #veganuary
