Kale Spicy Tempeh Salad

This was nice enough, though it could have done with way more vegetables & less tempeh. More salad, more beetroot, more chickpeas. I don’t feel this is substantial enough on its own. Not spicy 🌶️ enough either. I opted for the olive oil as a dressing. I prefer Tracy’s Favourite Salad from Prive, for value and quantity.

The flavor was nice and appetizing with the fragrance from the spices.

Very healthy and very yummy!! What a good balance of colours, nutrition and yet soo yummy!! It was so filling and yummy :)) Will come back here to try more dishes!
