JuJu's Jambalaya Barbecue Ribs (seitan)

These meaty seitan rib strips are absolutely five star perfect! They are not too moist, they are not too dry and they are not saturated with drippy oils. They come with real grill marks and a side of sweet barbecue sauce which compliments them very well. I would say there was a good six to seven ounces of plant meat!
