Jackfruit Tacos

Hmmm. On the one hand this was incredibly tasty and I’m so glad for an option like this somewhere so rural. On the other hand, why is a dish called ‘jackfruit tacos’ served with only one taco…it had a huge salad underneath so they should just call it a jackfruit taco salad
