Jackfruit Burger

An interesting jackfruit burger! A really healthy option but not the most tasty in my opinion.

This burger has been made with young Jackfruit from Kerala India! This burger had a lot of potential to be amazing but it was left really dry, some mayo inside would have made a huge difference! Mayo and mustard mayo comes with the dish though so we put some in the burger ourselves. Jackfruit patty is yummy and flavourful but dry. This restaurant is great with a wonderful owner 🤍
