Insalata docile

Super buona! Insalata con ceci neri, melanzane appena grigliate, lattuga, pomodori e salsa di avocado. Accompagnata da fette di pane tostato

Despite them including the usual oil/oil and vinegar/oil+balsamic vinegar, some oil was already added. Salt and pepper were also sent, but none added (some people enjoy it this way, i suppose). So it kinda tasted just oily, since I didn't add anything. The avocado cream tasted like lemon and peppermint together, but not in a very good way.. Overall I wasn't impressed and the only thing I did enjoy were the black chickpeas. The toast slices I completely ignored..
